Your Journey to Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences Tombia Ekpetiama Begins Now!
Congratulations to all newly admitted candidates for the upcoming academic session at the Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences (BYSCONS)! We are excited to welcome you to our community.
To ensure a smooth transition into the college, please follow the admission and payment procedures outlined below carefully. The deadline for acceptance fee payment is Wednesday, November 5th, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline will unfortunately result in the forfeiture of your admission.
Important Notice for All Admitted Candidates
Before proceeding with the steps below, all admitted candidates are strongly advised to visit the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) office to update their credentials and print out their admission letter into Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences. This is a crucial first step!
ADMISSION & PAYMENT PROCEDURES: A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Here is a breakdown of the four essential steps you must take to secure your spot and complete your documentation:
Step 1: Acceptance Fee Payment
Your first step is to pay the non-refundable Acceptance Fee.
- Amount: ₦50,000
- Bank: Sterling Bank
- Account Number: 0097373620
- Account Name: Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences Tombia-Ekpetiama
Step 2: Receipt Collection
Once you have made the payment:
Take your evidence of payment (deposit slip, transfer receipt, etc.) to the College Bursary Department.
The Bursary Department will exchange your payment evidence for an official College Receipt.
Step 3: Documentation and Prospectus Collection
With your official receipt in hand:
- Proceed directly to the Admissions Office.
- The Admissions Office will conduct your proper documentation.
- You will also be issued your College Prospectus.
Step 4: Provisional Admission Letter Collection
The final step is to collect your provisional admission letter. This requires the payment of your School/Tuition Fee (details of which should be confirmed by the Bursary Department).
- Visit the Bursary Department with evidence of your School/Tuition Fee payment to exchange it for an official receipt.
- Then, take that receipt and proceed to the Registry for the collection of your provisional Admission Letter.
