ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR BAYELSA STATE COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES

– Possess a WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result with a minimum of 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (not more than two sittings).

Step 1: Application Fee Payment
Visit the designated bank and make payment for the application form.

After payment, obtain a bank teller as proof of your transaction.

Step 2: Receipt Collection and Number Acquisition
Take the bank teller to the Bursary Department of the Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences.
Request for a receipt in exchange for your bank teller. This receipt will contain a unique number.

Step 3: Online Application Form Submission
Visit the college’s online application portal:
Use the unique Teller Number and Receipt Number and obtained from the Bursary Department to access the online application form.
Carefully fill out the application form with accurate information.
Ensure you upload passport.

Step 4: Print Acknowledgement Slip
Upon successful completion of the application form, review and submit it.

• After successful submission, the portal will generate a unique code for you.
• This code will typically start with “APP-…” and is used to print your acknowledgement slip.
• Click on the “View Application” option on the portal homepage.
• In the designated field, enter the unique application code you received after submitting the form (e.g., APP-123456).
• Click on “View Details” to access your application information.
• Print your slip (preferably in color). It’s recommended to print your slip in color for better clarity.

Step 5: Post UTME Examination
Refer to the college website or for details regarding the entrance examination (date, time, venue).
Bring the original copy of your acknowledgement slip to the examination venue on the designated date.
